Please note: you do not need to have the Ultrahuman ring to have the Ultahuman CGM. They both work seamlessly with the Ultrahuman app but do need to be bought together. Having both the ring and CGM provides the full Ultrahuman experience but it is not needed.  If you do have the Ultrahuman ring, the Ultrahuman CGM is often seen to be the missing piece to the puzzle so a wise idea would be to add this to your wishlist ;)

Shipping Rates and Delivery Times

• Domestic Shipping (within South Africa): Free shipping on all Ultrahuman product orders. Delivery time typically ranges from 3-5 business days.
• International Shipping: My Ultra Life currently does not offer International Shipping.

Order Processing

• All orders are processed within 1-2 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays.
• Orders placed on a Friday or weekend will be processed the next business day.
• Once your order has shipped, a confirmation email from someone in the team will be sent to you

Tracking Your Order
You will receive tracking details via email once your order has been shipped. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to be updated.

Lost or Damaged PackagesIn the unlikely event your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact My Ultra Life’s customer support at support@myultralife.co.za within 2-3 days of expected arrival for assistance.

Ultrahuman CGM Return Policy

At My Ultra Life, we are committed to delivering premium health and wellness devices that help you unlock your metabolic potential. If you're not satisfied with your purchase of the Ultrahuman CGM, we offer the following return policy to ensure your experience is smooth and transparent.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return:

• The Ultrahuman CGM must be unused, and the sensor package must be unopened due to hygiene and health regulations.
• The product must be returned in its original packaging with all components, including the CGM sensor, applicator, and documentation.
• The return request must be made within 14 days of the delivery date.

Non-Returnable Items:

• Any CGM sensor or device that has been used or where the package seal has been broken.
• Items that were damaged due to improper use, mishandling, or accident after delivery.

How to Process a Return:

1. Contact Us: Email our customer support team at support@myultralife.co.za with your order number, reason for return, and proof of purchase within 14 days of receiving your CGM.
2. Return Approval: Once your return request is approved, you will receive instructions on where and how to return your product.
3. Shipping Your Return: You will be responsible for covering the return shipping costs unless the product is defective or damaged upon arrival.
4. Refund Process: Upon receiving and inspecting the returned product, we will process your refund to your original payment method. Refunds will typically appear within 7-10 business days after we receive the item.

Defective or Damaged Items

If you receive a defective or damaged Ultrahuman CGM, please contact our support team within 7 days of delivery. We will provide a replacement at no additional cost or process a full refund.

Non-Refundable Circumstances

• Returns that fall outside the 14-day window.
• Opened, used, or damaged products not caused by Ultrahuman.
• Shipping fees paid at the time of purchase (unless the item was defective).
