Shipping Rates and Delivery Times

• Domestic Shipping (within South Africa): Free shipping on all Ultrahuman product orders. Delivery time typically ranges from 3-5 business days.
• International Shipping: My Ultra Life currently does not offer International Shipping.

• All orders are processed within 1-2 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays.

Lost or Damaged PackagesIn the unlikely event your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact My Ultra Life’s customer support at support@myultralife.co.za within 2-3 days of expected arrival for assistance.

  • The ring is free from scratches and not damaged
  • The ring is returned in its original packaging, including all accessories and documentation.
• You may return your Ultrahuman Ring within 2 weeks, provided:
  • The ring is unused, in its original condition, and free from scratches or damage.
  • The ring is returned in its original packaging, including all accessories and documentation.
• To initiate a return, please contact us at support@myultra.life with your order details and reason for the return. Our team will guide you through the process.

• Exchanges are allowed within 7 days if:
  • The ring does not fit, and you wish to exchange it for a different size.
  • The product received does not match the specifications shown on our website.
• The exchange will only be processed once the original ring is returned and inspected.

• The ring shows signs of wear and tear, including scratches or damage.
• The request is made after 7 days from the delivery date.
• The product is not returned in its original packaging with all included accessories.
• The dissatisfaction is due to the color, look, or feel of a defect-free product.

• Approved returns will be refunded to the original payment method within 7-10 business days after the product is inspected and approved for a refund.
